Our brands include Alternaleaf, UMeds, Leafio, and Saged.Recognised by the Deloitte Fast 50 as the fastest growing tech company in Australia for two years running – with revenue growth of over 26,000% and 9,000% – Montu is now the largest business of its kind outside North America.Job DescriptionAct as the primary point of contact for pharmacy partners, fostering collaboration and trust.Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing pharmacy partners to enhance distribution.Optimize pharmacy workflows and drive operational excellence through process improvements.Monitor and enforce service level agreements, ensuring high-quality standards from partner pharmacies.Conduct regular onsite visits to strengthen relationships and provide ongoing support.Document and update pharmacy workflows to improve transparency and operational efficiency.Manage inventory levels and optimize order allocation to maintain efficient stock management.Develop and maintain pharmacy dashboards to track productivity and enhance performance.QualificationsAt least 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or pharmacy management, ideally within healthcare or pharmaceuticals.Demonstrated track record of acquiring and managing partnerships, with the ability to meet targets and drive business growth.Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.Ability to work independently while also being a team player, driving success both individually and within a collaborative environment.Additional InformationYou'll be joining a highly motivated, agile team where your ideas and work will directly influence the direction and progress of an expanding global company in a hyper-growth phase.
