The opportunity: The Pharmacy Onboarding Manager is responsible for the coordination, project management and training of new Franchisees to the TerryWhite Chemmart Network.
The role includes, training, systems implementation, stock management and merchandising of new TerryWhite Chemmart Franchisees.
What you will do: Brand Induction for new Franchisees Coordinate new TerryWhite Chemmart stores, ensuring TerryWhite Chemmart brand standards and opening milestones are achieved.
Implement TerryWhite Chemmart strategies, initiatives, merchandising and marketing standards in TerryWhite Chemmart stores.
Support Network Partners in brand compliance and growth through training and development.
Ensure all new TerryWhite Chemmart stores are supported and provided with training on TerryWhite Chemmart brand programs and initiatives.
State based and interstate travel will be required.
What we are looking for :
Knowledge of pharmacy, retail merchandise and operations.
Experience with multi-site franchise or retail pharmacy environments.
Experience of store fit-outs and merchandising.
Ability to engage an audience and build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Experience and exposure to training small and large groups.
Strong communication, negotiation and organisational skills.
Adaptable to change, ability to multitask and adapt to problem solving.
Current Australian Drivers Licence.
