The Pharmacy Health Representative will play a crucial role in executing the sales strategy for Pharmacy Strategic Accounts. They will ensure that each store within the banner groups comprehends and fulfills its role in implementing the plans agreed upon at the Head Office level. The representative will strive to meet the assigned metric targets set by the Groups while fostering strong relationships with the pharmacies. They will offer a compelling business value proposition to customers through exceptional business acumen and service, in alignment with Pfizer's core values.ROLE RESPONSIBILITIESAchieve sales objectives by achieving reach & frequency targets (call rate, coverage and frequency)Optimise execution of Strategic Account PlansDevelop and maintain relationships with key personnel within the pharmacy environment, i.e. owners, pharmacist / pharmacy assistants / buyer's.Provide input to initiativesReporting on the store's performance against the agreed Groups Strategic Plan.
