Pharmacy Health Representative - NSWROLE SUMMARYThe Pharmacy Health Representative will play a crucial role in executing the sales strategy for Pharmacy Strategic Accounts. They will ensure that each store within the banner groups comprehends and fulfills its role in implementing the plans agreed upon at the Head Office level. The representative will strive to meet the assigned metric targets set by the Groups while fostering strong relationships with the pharmacies. They will offer a compelling business value proposition to customers through exceptional business acumen and service, in alignment with Pfizer's core values.ROLE RESPONSIBILITIESPfizer Pharmacy Health Representatives responsibilities include the following:Achieve sales objectives by achieving reach & frequency targets (call rate, coverage and frequency).Optimise execution of Strategic Account Plans.Develop and maintain relationships with key personnel within the pharmacy environment, i.e. owners, pharmacist / pharmacy assistants / buyer's.Provide input to initiatives.Reporting on the store's performance against the agreed Groups Strategic Plan. Report must be updated monthly and reviewed quarterly with Commercial Customer Manager and Key Account Manager.Ensure timely and effective implementation of programmed sales activity in the Stores of the Strategic Accounts.Develop, maintain and apply a high level of product knowledge and pharmacy business knowledge that enables you to be the expert for your customers around the promoted brands.Ensure compliance with all ad hoc sales activities and initiatives as set from time to time by the Commercial Customer Manager/Key Account Manager.Assist the stores set up and execute agreed programs set out in the Strategic Plan.Ensure all activities comply with legal and ethical standards as well as Company policies.Engaging with pharmacies associated with the Strategic Accounts.Promoting the range of Pfizer products in line with Brand strategies.Develop and update accurate customer records within CRM.Provide pharmacy training as required.Provide in-store Product Information on promoted brands.Provide merchandising for the assigned Group pharmacies when required within the framework of the program running at the time.Expenditure Control: Manage personal expenses within specified guidelines.Participate in state and national team communication.Be active in the Pharmacy IAT meetings and provide feedback on stores performance and how Pfizer and the Groups could improve the outcomes.Participation in State Meeting cycle requirements including territory presentation development.QUALIFICATIONSTertiary qualifications in Business / Science or similar will be highly regarded.Minimum 5 years sales experience in Retail Pharmacy or as a pharmacist and an excellent understanding of the sales process in a pharmacy setting.Demonstrated behaviour that could be replicated in a face to face selling environment.Strong time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities at the one time.Ability to prepare & present professionally for key meetings and presentations.Solid negotiation skills and the ability to influence others.Ability to analyse data/market information and to draw actionable conclusions from the analysis.Strong communication skills (verbal & written).Ability to cultivate relationships throughout an organisation (internal/external).Competent computer skills, including use of Excel, Word and PowerPoint.Additional RequirementsCurrent Driver's Licence is essential.This position will have some requirements to work outside what would be considered normal hours, e.g. weekend or evening meetings/tasks.Some interstate travel is required, e.g. sales/company conferences.Always adhere to company values.Strong work ethic and prepared to do what is required to deliver the results.Holds themselves to the same standards as others.Prepared to positively contribute to the team environment.Professional presentation and demeanour.Takes accountability for results.Decisive.Ability to absorb technical knowledge and communicate this information (when required).Self-motivated and disciplined to achieve sales targets/objectives and call targets.Ability to meet deadlines, prioritise and attention to detail.Must be a team player and be prepared to work with others towards a common goal.Demonstrates a positive approach to an acquisition business model and meeting company expectations.At Pfizer we care about our colleagues' wellbeing and offer a range of great benefits for them, including:Paid parental leaveAccess to Health & Wellness appsCareer Growth Experiences programRecognition & rewards programPaid volunteer daysLife Insurance BenefitsPfizer Learning Academy access to top content providersAccess to flu vaccines & skin checksOptions to purchase additional leaveSalary packaging & novated lease options*Benefits listed may vary depending on your position and location and may be subject to change.Pfizer Australia and New Zealand's diverse workforce represents the patients we serve and the communities in which we operate.
