Pharmacy Dispense Technician/Assistant

Job description Chemist Outlet Wyoming is currently offering an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Part-Time/Casual Dispensary Assistant to join our vibrant and dynamic team!
Responsibilities: Support pharmacist in delivering exceptional customer service Provide health product advice and education Conduct health screening services Coordinate dispensary functions Handle prescriptions and dispensing medications Manage PBS claims Assist pharmacist in providing product information Maintain dispensary stock control (ordering, monitoring, refill) Ensure cleanliness of the dispensary area Contribute to dosing aid packaging if needed Assist with daily pharmacy Over-the-Counter (OTC) operations Qualifications and Skills: Self-motivated and customer-focused Excellent communication skills Detail-oriented and organized Experience as a Dispensary Technician Qualification in Certificate III in Community Pharmacy (bonus) Current S2/S3 Certificate Experience: Must have pharmacy experience Dispensary technician: 1 year (Required) S2 and S3 certificates (Preferred) What we offer: Motivating and rewarding work environment Product discounts Access to exceptional training and development opportunities Employee discount Professional development assistance Schedule: Morning shift Weekend availability Supplementary Pay: Overtime pay Penalty rates Job Types: Part-time, Casual
Pay: $26.00 – $33.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 21 per week
