About the Role
We are seeking a permanent Business Development Manager (BDM) who will hold full accountability for Network Partner (franchisee) engagement, communication & in-store execution across a specified region in WA.
This position is the key business partner between TWC Network Partners and our Support Centre, driving the effective implementation of merchandise & customer strategies, health initiatives while driving compliance in-store.
The successful candidate will also support network growth and retention in their defined region.
Reporting directly to the State Manager – Operations, you will:
Inspire, motivate and engage pharmacy teams to help build Australia's Favorite Pharmacy brand
Build high trust professional relationships with Network Partners and key internal departments
Drive individual pharmacy profitability through the execution of the TWC brand platform
Coach TWC Network Partners and store teams to achieve determined outcomes
Facilitate business planning sessions to drive sales and profitability targets
About You
You will have extensive retail leadership experience and come from a strong operational background, with pharmacy experience advantageous.
Additionally, you will have:
A Pharmacy qualification (desirable)
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
Strong financial and analytical skills with a specific understanding of retail levers that drive profitability
Negotiation and conflict management skills with the ability to analyse problems and develop innovative strategies and solutions
Proven experience implementing successful change initiatives
A high level of interpersonal skills with the ability to build strategic working relationships
An inspired outlook and entrepreneurial spirit
Strong administrative skills
The ability to influence and negotiate
