The OpportunityOur client is seeking a casual, customer-focused Pharmacy Assistant to join their team across two established pharmacies in Creswick and Clunes.
Rostered shifts are negotiable, and our client is flexible with quality applicants who are dedicated to delivering excellent customer care! Ideally, you will have availability to work Saturday mornings as rostered.

The PharmacyOur client is an integral part of the local community, committed to delivering old-fashioned, caring pharmacy advice and personalised customer service. The pharmacies offer over-the-counter medicines and prescriptions, including Dose Administration Aids, and work to serve their local community as a Health Hub.
ResponsibilitiesYou will play a key role in supporting the pharmacy team and your customers. Responsibilities will include:
Assisting customers with their product needs and inquiries.Maintaining customer confidentiality and privacy at all times.Accepting and handing out prescriptions under pharmacist supervision.Processing sales and providing exceptional customer service.Restocking shelves and maintaining inventory.Ensuring the pharmacy is clean and well-organised.About YouOur ideal candidate will demonstrate:
Strong customer focus with excellent communication skills.Initiative and a positive, friendly disposition.Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.High attention to detail and time management skills.Computer proficiency.The Essentials Previous experience as a Pharmacy Assistant or in retail/customer service is preferred but not required.Basic computer skills are essential.Ability to work a range of shifts, including Saturdays.Flexibility, reliability, and a positive attitude.Apply NowAll applications must be lodged online by clicking the 'apply now' button.
