About the role
We are seeking reliable Pharmacy Assistants and experienced Dispensary Technicians to join our team.
Core responsibilities of a Pharmacy Assistant include:

Serving customers and assisting with enquiries
Assisting on back counter with S2/S3 medications and scripts in/out
Managing stock and completing front shop merchandising
Completing general and administrative duties as directed by the Pharmacist.

Core responsibilities of a Dispensary Technician include:

Assisting on back counter with S2/S3 medications, scripts in/out and general customer queries
Dispensing prescriptions accurately and efficiently
Managing dispensary stock
Lodging claims and maintaining records
Assisting with DAA packing and patient management
Completing general and administrative duties as directed by the Pharmacist.

Skills and experience
We have a highly trained team ready to teach you everything you need to know. These are the skills and experiences you will need to thrive in these roles:

Positive and motivated attitude
Strong communication skills, both written and oral
Previous customer service experience essential
Previous pharmacy experience, especially in a dispensary role, is highly desirable
Ability to work autonomously and as a team in a fast paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Schedule:

Monday to Friday
Weekend availability

Experience:

Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)

Work Authorisation:

Australia (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
