We respect, promote human rights in our decision-making and actions.Key Responsibilities include:Provide high-level clinical services throughout the patient journey, with both inpatient and outpatient care. Your responsibilities will include documenting patient admissions, conducting clinical medication reviews, and collaboratively formulating medication management plans.Utilise your high-level knowledge and clinical skills to offer advice to medical, nursing, pharmacy staff, and other healthcare professionals.Document clinical activities, incidents and interventions, consistent with the general documentation and reporting requirements of the department.Provide supervision and support to junior pharmacists, pharmacy interns, and undergraduate students.Remuneration value up to $152 776 p.a., comprising salary between $124,435 - $133,901 p.a., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (HP4) (temporary position available for 12 months).
