The Role Is a registered Pharmacist who is responsible for providing an outstanding patient experience while maximizing revenue goals, leading the development of the dispensary staff, and ensuring compliance with inventory, security, and system protocols.
This sales-oriented individual should be enthusiastic about the benefits of medical cannabis.Previous experience with cannabinoids is desirable but not needed as we will provide you with industry standard quality training and head office support.

Key Responsibilities Growing and leading a team of pharmacists and assistantsBuild and implement systems and processes for the dispensaryCollaboration with prescribing doctors to optimize patient outcomesAttend clinic/dispensary meetings to communicate stock availabilityEducating and consulting with your patientsDispensing medicationsEnsure accurate and timely delivery of medicationsMaintaining accurate customer recordsEnsuring compliance with pharmacy guidelinesStock ordering and management, ensuring balances are checked and correctEnsuring a safe and clean working environmentCandidate requirements: Bachelor of PharmacyAPHRA registration to practice as a Pharmacist (with no restrictions) in AustraliaExperience working as a Pharmacist and/or Pharmacy manager in a fast paced environmentExperience receiving, processing orders, dispensing S4/S8 medicationsProficiency with Z Software is viewed favorablyAbility to be trained up on new pharmacy related software to improve efficienciesVehicle to travel between Coolangatta, Robina and Logan ClinicsYou are known for a high level of attention to detail, analytical thinking and time/project management capability.
