This community Pharmacy services Wangaratta Private Hospital, has a close relationship with local nursing homes, and participates in all Victorian Statewide community Pharmacy pilot programs. You will work collaboratively with doctors and allied health professionals to deliver centralised care to our valued patients. This opportunity is perfect for a passionate community pharmacist looking to enhance their clinical knowledge and gain Private Hospital exposure.
Work closely with doctors and clinical leaders to ensure our pharmacy service aligns to patient care initiatives and operational requirements.Provide dispensary operations, pharmacy services, and medication supply, catering to the needs of our valued patients and customers of the Wangaratta region.Participate in a wide range of professional services and health promotion campaigns, including; UTI prescribing, resupply of oral contraceptives, immunisations, aged care, and a large packing room utilizing Webstercare Medspro.What you'll bring Bachelor of Pharmacy or equivalent with current Pharmacist Registration with AHPRAHigh level of computer literacy including systems knowledge of dispensing softwareA vaccination certificate or experience with immunisations is highly regarded but not essential.Previous management experience in a community pharmacy setting is also highly regarded.It is a mandatory requirement that you provide:
