It's well connected by public transport, with easy access to major freeways, the beach, and the scenic Dandenong Ranges. Job SpecificationAs a Pharmacist Manager, you'll lead a supportive and experienced team of 13 permanent staff, including a Pharmacist in Charge and five dispense technicians.
The pharmacy processes approximately 250 scripts daily using the Minfos system.Your role will include:
Dispensing, counselling, and administering vaccinations.
Managing day-to-day pharmacy operations.
Supporting and mentoring staff.

Proven ability to lead a team effectively and harmoniously.
Previous experience (2 years post internship) in a similar role in an Australian community pharmacy.
Knowledge of Minfos is an advantage.
A second language from Southeast Asia is beneficial but not essential.
Salary & BenefitsMonday-Friday: $50-$55/hour
Saturday: $60/hour
Sunday: $65/hour
Pay rates depend on experience.
