Job Specification:As the Pharmacist Manager, you'll lead a dynamic and sizable team of Pharmacists, Technicians, and Pharmacy Assistants. Your role will focus on medication management, vaccination services, and fostering strong community connections through intentional engagement and high-quality healthcare.

Skills Required:AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist with proven experience in a managerial or leadership role.Strong skills in team leadership and customer service, with a focus on community engagement.Familiarity with Fred dispensing software and Robotic Dispense (preferred but not essential).Excellent organisational and communication skills, with a proactive approach to managing a busy pharmacy.Vaccination accredited. Salary & Benefits:Hourly Rate: $65-$80/hr (dependant upon management experience and Pharmacist skills) plus super and full permanent entitlements.
