Job #50005 About the Role: Seeking a full-time Pharmacist Manager to join and lead our team in a busy shopping centre pharmacy.
This role demands an experienced, friendly, customer-focused pharmacist who has a strong focus on professional services and the ability to manage a large team of Pharmacists, pharmacy assistants, and dispensary technicians.
As Pharmacist Manager, you will oversee daily operations in a busy pharmacy environment, lead and mentor a large team of Pharmacists, assistants, and dispensary technicians, ensuring the delivery of high-quality professional services, managing and administering vaccinations, enhancing customer satisfaction through exceptional service and support, and more.
About our Ideal Candidate: You hold a current unrestricted Pharmacist registration with AHPRA.
You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
You have excellent customer service skills.
You have good attention to detail.
You have strong leadership skills and are able to lead a team to ensure success.
You have the ability to prioritise different tasks.
You are friendly and reliable.
You have good organisational and management skills.
You are able to work well in a team environment.
You have good computer skills.
You have previous management or PIC experience, which is beneficial.
You are accredited to vaccinate or willing to obtain accreditation, preferred.

The Offer: You will be required to work full-time hours on a negotiable roster which may include some weekend work.
Attractive rate of $55-$60/hr + super weekdays, $60-$65/hr + super Saturday, and $65-$70/hr + super Sunday depending on experience.
