About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join the innovated pharmacy team at Canberra Health Services to work as an Ambulatory Care Pharmacist. You can work in the office in Canberra or from the comfort of home while making a meaningful impact on patient care!
We are seeking an experienced Medication Management Review accredited pharmacist to provide virtual pharmacy services including medication reviews and partnering with patients to engage them in their medication management decision making.
This flexible, casual position lets you balance your professional goals with your lifestyle.
Please note prior to commencement successful candidates will be required to:

Comply with Canberra Health Services Occupational Assessment, Screening and Vaccination policy.
Comply with CHS credentialing and scope of clinical practice requirements for allied health professionals.

Note: This position will be offered on a casual basis and the full-time salary noted above will be paid pro-rata.
