About the Role: HPS Calvary Lenah Valley Hospital is looking for a Pharmacist in Charge that is passionate about creating lasting and meaningful relationships. This involves leading the team and providing contemporary, consistent, and cost-effective hospital pharmacy services across all areas of pharmacy including clinical, oncology, retail, and dispensary. This role is a permanent full-time position - 38 hours per week. Key Responsibilities: Pharmacy Leadership - Provide leadership and mentorship to pharmacy staff, fostering a positive work culture. Stakeholder Engagement - Collaborate with internal and external hospital stakeholders and maintain collaborative relationships with patient-centred care as the focus. Innovation - Cultivate a culture of innovation by identifying and implementing improvement strategies. Results Orientated - Set ambitious goals and deliver on results that contribute to a healthy business operation. About You: Willingness to take on challenges and demonstrate commitment to achieving success. Always having a patient-focused approach. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the capability to inspire and motivate others. Excellent communication skills , with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels. Track record of achieving results , targets, and benchmarks. Current AHPRA registration and indemnity insurance. Current Covid-19 vaccinations as per health orders. Why HPS?
