Our Grafton Community Pharmacy is embedded in the local community and our neighbouring Ramsay Pharmacies have a close relationship with our partnered aged care facility. As the Pharmacist, you will provide expert medication management to improve the health outcomes of residents in aged care facilities and service our valued patients within our Grafton Community Pharmacy. This opportunity is perfect for a people person that is eager to provide a wide range of professional services and extend their scope of practise. Support the Aged Care facilities in achieving high standards of medication safety, providing quality use of medicines (QUM) activities.Provide dispensary operations, pharmacy services, and medication supply, catering to the needs of our valued patients and customers.Cultivate a positive culture that empowers everyone in the pharmacy to excel.What you'll bring Bachelor of Pharmacy or equivalent with current Pharmacist Registration with AHPRAHigh level of computer literacy including systems knowledge of dispensing softwareYou love working in a collaborative team and thrive in a team orientated working environment.Experience in a community pharmacy setting is highly desirable, but not essential.It is a mandatory requirement that you provide:
