About the Role
As a Star Pharmacy Group Pharmacist, you'll do more than just dispense medications; you'll be a vital healthcare resource for our community. Our focus on patient-centered care means you'll have the opportunity to offer a wide range of additional professional services at our Star Discount Chemist Emu Park. This is a Full Time position that allows you to make a lasting impact on the health and well-being of those you serve. You will work across both of our Rockhampton stores to help grow our expanding Pharmacy Group.
Responsibilities:
Comprehensive Medication Management: Ensure precise dispensing and compliance with Pharmacy Board and HIC regulations, while actively managing medication therapy for patients.
Expert Consultations: Provide expert advice and counseling to patients and collaborate with medical professionals to enhance patient care.
Specialized Services: Maintain scripts and manage medication management packs while expanding your scope of practice with specialized services such as vaccinations, health screenings, and medication reviews.
Community Engagement: Engage with our community by hosting wellness events, workshops, and support groups.
Proactive Leadership: Lead by example, providing proactive and inclusive leadership to store employees.
Supervision: Ensure staff is organized, rostered, and supervised to maximize service.

Requirements:
Bachelor of Pharmacy
Current AHPRA Registration
Current National Police Check or willing to obtain one
Current Working with Children Clearance
Must be available to work across our Rockhampton and Emu Park stores
