About the Role:
Seeking a full time Pharmacist to work as part of a busy team in a community pharmacy in the Mount Gambier region SA. In addition to being a collaborative team member, you should possess a high degree of autonomy and self-initiative, enabling you to efficiently manage workloads and meet deadlines independently. Exceptional communication skills are a necessity for this role, as you will be expected to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Day-to-day responsibilities will include:
• Dispensing medications in an accurate and timely manner
• Working with Technicians and Pharmacy Assistants to deliver excellent customer
service.
• Delivering health promotion programs as required
• Ensuring that all pharmacy operations are conducted in accordance with
pharmacy policies and procedures, legal requirements, and Quality Care
Pharmacy Standards
• Achieving KPIs and business objectives

About the Location:
The Pharmacy is located in the second-most populous city in South Australia. 450km south-east of Adelaide and just 17 km from the Victorian border. Mount Gambier is the heart of the Limestone Coast, discover the dazzling sapphire waters of the famed Blue Lake, the local's favourite Little Blue Lake, and explore an underground garden of Eden at Umpherston Sinkhole. There are plenty of activities to do around the region! Mount Gambier is accessible by car, train, and regional flights.

The Offer:
The role requires full-time availability, including weekends on a rostered basis. We offer an attractive total salary package ranging from $140,000 to $160,000 per annum. This package includes relocation assistance and rental support for the ideal candidate based on experience. Additionally, a company car will be provided for commuting to and from work.
