Key Responsibilities Lead clinical pharmacy services across specialty areas, including critical care, emergency care, general medicine, and more.
Collaborate with the Director of Pharmacy and other leaders to ensure a safe and patient-centred service.
Mentor and support pharmacists, technicians, and administrative staff.
Drive innovation, including the adoption of new technologies and expanded pharmacy roles.
Contribute to the development of workforce initiatives and teaching opportunities.
What You'll Need Current registration as a pharmacist with AHPRA.
Demonstrated experience in clinical pharmacy leadership.
Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
