We are seeking applications from qualified Pharmacists to join our dedicated and supportive team of 25 pharmacists and pharmacy technicians.
We thrive on the variety of working with a multidisciplinary team at the hospital as well as across the mental health campus at Orange, where every day we see the positive impact of our care in the community.
In this position you'll be responsible for providing a comprehensive range of pharmacy services to outpatients and inpatients to ensure the quality use of medicines within the hospital setting.
This includes dispensing, drug distribution, manufacturing, clinical pharmacy services, outpatient services, drug information, education and research.
This role would suit pharmacists who have experience in hospital pharmacy or are looking to change and take advantage of the opportunity to work in a vibrant and active hospital setting.
You'll have an inquiring mind, be able to work autonomously with the support of a great team and be keen to further improve your clinical expertise.
We are seeking to build our casual pool, which could consist of casual days or a full or part time contract for periods at a time.
You would be employed on a casual basis which attracts an additional loading in lieu of leave accruals.
Working hours are weekdays and can be flexible, with the opportunity to progress to permanent employment when a position becomes available.
