Pharmacists at all levels of experience are welcome to apply to join this small but dedicated fun team a short drive west of Ballina on the Northern Rivers. As part of a well organised Pharmacy team where all staff members are welcoming and easy to communicate with, you will be involved in a variety of services including dispensing, counselling and vaccinating within this team of awesome people.
Job Specification:
We are looking for a reliable organised Pharmacist who has good community experience and a broad knowledge of professional services, a passion to deliver a high level of customer care and professional customer counselling. This is a permanent part time or full time position.
Key responsibilities include: Prepare, dispense accurately and efficiently.Broad knowledge across pharmacy services.Deliver exemplary patient counselling and advice to ensure optimal health outcomes.Develop, maintain excellent relationships with allied health care professionals.Maintain friendly but professional relationships with our loyal patients.Skills Required: Registration as a Pharmacist with the Pharmacy Board of Australia (AHPRA).Organised reliable Pharmacist professional with strong work ethic.Strong communication skills, ability to build and maintain rapport with customers.Ability to address customer needs with sensitivity, empathy and professionalism.Salary & Benefits:
Negotiable salary from $48/hour plus super depending on your experience and accreditations plus an incentive program paid quarterly.
