Description: The gateway to Uluru, Camel tours, MacDonnell Ranges. Finke Desert Race, Beanie Fest, Alice Springs Show, Acoustic Friday. Range of $62 (entry) -$69 (experienced)/hr + super + travel + transfers + accommodation. Client & Location Information: Public hospital located in Alice Springs, known for its beautiful desert landscape and history.
Job Specification: You will be working in the hospital dispensary alongside two dispense techs. While you will be the Sole Pharmacist, you will have the support of 12 ward pharmacists. Websters are packed by techs but will require checking. There is no ward work. However if you wish to do ward work please apply and I will clarify this with you as part of the recruitment process.
This is a unique opportunity for either a newly registered pharmacist or experienced community pharmacist to gain experience in a hospital environment. Experienced hospital pharmacists are also welcome to apply.
Dates: ASAP for 3 months.
Hours: Monday to Friday 8am - 4.30pm (1 hr break).
Experience essential.
* Registration as a Pharmacist with the Pharmacy Board of Australia (AHPRA).
* Experience with Merlin (preferred but not essential as training will be provided).
* Experience as a sole pharmacist (preferred).
Salary and Benefits:
$62/hr + super (entry level).
$69/hr + super (experienced with hospital dispensary).
