We are seeking a Phase 2b Operations Interface Lead – Development Projects to join our INPEX Development team in Perth on a 2 Year Max Term Employee Contract. Join us in helping shape a brighter energy future.
Key responsibilities include: Support the Phase 2B Project team ensuring Operations involvement in project development and execution stages to ensure a safe and reliable start-up. Lead the Phase 2B Operations Projects team comprising of multidiscipline personnel based both onshore, in Perth, and Offshore. Manage the Offshore Operations/Projects interface ensuring seamless execution of BCM readiness scope with no interruption to the producing facility. Manage interface between the Transport & Installation (T&I) Project team and Operations to ensure readiness for BCM installation. Responsible for delivery of Operational Readiness activities such as procedures and training in line with company Verification of Readiness (VOR) requirements. Support interface between project engineering and operations to ensure seamless integration of BCM in readiness for LP mode. Develop and implement adequate systems, processes and plans to ensure IHUC can be executed efficiently with little or no interruption to the producing facility. Support and integrate with Operations and CSU team in readiness for execution of the IHUC and start-up of the BCM. Ensure any key risks associated with Operational Readiness or Project Handover activities are fully identified and assessed with mitigating actions, controls, and contingencies in place prior to SP start-up Successful candidates will be: Relevant industry experience, preferably Leadership in Offshore Operations, Engineering and or Maintenance related discipline roles. Project interface experience and or Leadership on large oil and gas projects (Desirable). Demonstrated Operational Readiness and Project Handover experience in on major Oil and Gas facility projects. Relevant technical trade or university qualifications, providing knowledge to support multidiscipline Operations and CSU teams. Capable of managing multi-discipline teams of personnel and contactors of both technical and non-technical disciplines. What We Offer: Emphasis on personal growth and advancement opportunities.
