Key Responsibilities
Reconcile AR batches to bank statement. Process customer credit card payments daily. Process daily takings from drivers and allocate the payments to the customer accounts. Follow up all overdue accounts to ensure actioned. Note the action taken on accounts to reflect accurate status in the Collection system. Accurately allocate & process cheques, cash and EFT's received. Respond to account queries from stakeholders. Investigate and respond to customer disputes. Liaise with branch personnel and Group office staff as needed. Refer accounts requiring collection or legal action to Litigation officer. Monitor customer payment arrangements ensuring compliance. Manage the site petty cash and reconcile to Promaster. Key Competencies, Skills and Qualifications
Excellent computer skills. Strong analytical skills and superior attention to detail. Results oriented. Credit and accounting knowledge and experience. Proven negotiating abilities. Good communication and organisational skills. Willingness to take on varied or new tasks within the office. Capable of working under pressure in a team environment.
