Peter Alexander - Full Time Store ManagerJob Description:ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a passionate and driven Store Manager to lead our brand-new Peter Alexander store in Bluewater, Kent. As a Store Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the store's success, creating an exceptional experience for our customers, driving sales, and inspiring your team to reach their full potential. This is your opportunity to be part of something special as Peter Alexander expands its iconic brand across the UK.
This is a full-time, 40-hour per week position, requiring availability on weekends, late-night trading hours, and some bank holidays.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead your team to exceed sales targets and deliver outstanding store performanceImplement merchandising strategies that engage customers and drive salesDevelop, train, and succession plan for your team to ensure continuous growthProvide regular coaching and feedback, empowering your team to reach their potentialAssess store priorities and implement actions to ensure optimal performanceCreate a safe, inclusive, and positive working environment for your team and customersManage the store rota to ensure the right team coverage at all timesDeliver a memorable customer experience that reflects the Peter Alexander brandOversee the recruitment and development of a high-performing sales teamPlay a key role in the foundation of Peter Alexander's UK growth at our new Bluewater storeAbout The Applicant:SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Proven leadership experience, inspiring and motivating a team to achieve resultsPassion for developing and coaching your team, creating a growth-oriented environmentStrong retail management background, with a track record of driving sales and meeting targetsExcellent communication skills with the ability to influence, collaborate, and build relationshipsA natural brand ambassador, delivering a customer-first approach in everything you doDemonstrated ability to manage store operations, including stock control and supporting with visual merchandisingA proactive mindset, always seeking ways to enhance team performance and customer satisfactionFurther Information:WHAT WE CAN OFFER
