Position: Dog Groomer Location: Sunshine Coast
Key Responsibilities: Perform grooming services including bathing, brushing, nail clipping, ear cleaning and a high standard of clipping and breed styling. Provide a safe, clean, and stress-free environment for all dogs. Communicate with pet owners regarding specific grooming requests or health concerns. Maintain grooming tools and equipment. Ensure high standards of cleanliness in the grooming area. Reception duties such as answering phone and emails, taking and managing bookings, handling payments, check-in and out. Requirements: Certificate III in Pet Grooming or equivalent qualification. Alternatively, a minimum of 3 years of professional dog grooming experience will be accepted in lieu of formal qualifications. A genuine love for animals and the patience to handle dogs of all sizes and temperaments. Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
