We are currently seeking a hands-on Pest Attendant to join the team in a full-time capacity across our various poultry farms.Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:Check and replenish bait stations across several sites within the business.Maintain accurate records of pest control activities, both digitally and manually.Efficiently and safely apply pest control solutions in line with industry standards.Provide clear and professional communication to the Pest Management Supervisor and addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.Undertake further training as required.To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills and attributes:Possession of a current unrestricted driver's license.A desire to learn and contribute to a progressive team.High level of attention to detail.Ability to work autonomously and within team environments.Ability to problem solve, think critically, make decisions, and organise workflow.You may be required to work reasonable overtime to meet operational demands.To find out more about McLean Farms and what we do, please visit our website:www.mcleanfarms.com.auYou must not have any birds, pigs or poultry at your place of residence.Please ensure that you have read the Bio-Security Document on the right hand side.Applicants must be legally entitled to work in Australia in order to apply.This is a great opportunity.
