Join Yokogawa as a PES Engineer (Production Excellence Systems) and become a key player in delivering high-impact consulting and engineering services across Australia and New Zealand.
In this role, you'll be hands-on with Yokogawa's cutting-edge solutions, leading projects from design through to commissioning and driving operational excellence for our customers.
What you'll do Lead projects end-to-end, from design and manufacture through staging, installation, and commissioning.Work with Yokogawa's advanced products, including Exa, Exasmoc, Exapilot, ExaARA (Alarm rationalisation service) and AASuite.Identify and implement opportunities for improvement in process control and operations.Apply advanced process control techniques to support customer production excellence.Provide consulting expertise on alarm management, process historians, and operational enhancements.Support Solution Sales and marketing teams with technical insights, cost schedules, and sales demonstrations.What you'll bring A degree in Engineering or significant experience in production improvement, with a strong foundation in process control and system optimization.5+ years of experience within production improvement, process engineering, or system implementation.Familiarity with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Process Historians, and advanced Yokogawa solutions—such as Exaquantum, Centum VP, Centum CS3000, ISA-95, and OPC.Ability to lead multiple projects from start to finish, planning effectively and maintaining high attention to detail throughout the project lifecycle.Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly present technical insights to both clients and internal teams.
