Administration Assistant, Episcopal Services Permanent, Full-time
The Administration Assistant reports directly to the Team Leader for Episcopal Services. This role serves as the initial contact point for all staff, clergy, and visitors to Griver House. The Administration Assistant works under general supervision to provide reception and administration support to Griver House staff, clergy, and visitors. This position requires a positive and flexible approach and the ability to work as part of a team.
About the role - a snapshot: Based in CBD – Close to Public Transport Employee Benefits – Discounted Health Insurance 3.5 days additional paid leave over Christmas The successful candidate must have a willingness and capacity to support the Catholic ethos. They will demonstrate a commitment to the Archdiocesan safeguarding of its members, especially children and adults at risk.
The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in a similar role, as well as strong organisational, time management, interpersonal, and communication skills.
A valid National Police Clearance, WA Driver's Licence, and proof of unrestricted working rights in Australia are required.
