We're on the lookout for a Corporate Compliance Advisor to join our expanding team. This role involves overseeing and managing Perth Airport's Compliance Management Framework and will include implementing an integrated solution within the GRC system to capture Perth Airport's compliance obligations, development of compliance monitoring activities as well as providing compliance support and advice across the business. This will require a detail-oriented professional with GRC system experience and strong communication skills.
About the role Oversee and implement Perth Airport's Compliance Management Framework, ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory obligations. Implementation of an integrated solution within Perth Airport's GRC system for the identification and management of Perth Airport's compliance obligations. Establish and maintain effective processes for communicating and managing changes to compliance obligations. Collaborate with executives and managers to ensure ownership and clarity of compliance responsibilities. Undertake compliance monitoring activities to assess Perth Airport's level of compliance with its obligations and identify any gaps or issues which need to be addressed. Review any compliance breaches and ensure corrective actions are effectively managed and implemented. Develop and implement an annual attestation process for obligation owners. Develop compliance dashboards and reports to enhance oversight and support the business in managing their obligations. Provide advice and support to the business on compliance obligations, risk mitigation strategies, and control enhancements. Build strong relationships with staff, tenants, and contractors to promote compliance awareness. About You 5+ years' experience in a compliance related role with experience working in a complex regulatory environment. Skilled in using GRC tools to monitor and manage compliance activities. High attention to detail and strong business acumen. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders. Integrity-driven, consistently aligning actions with Perth Airport's values. Collaborative team player, fostering cooperation across departments. Proactive problem-solver, always seeking opportunities for process and control improvements.
