As both a service provider and employer our mission is simple: Move people to achieve great things. The Opportunity: As a Personal Training Manager (PT Manager) at our Rockhampton club, you are responsible for the recruitment, mentoring & training of all club personal trainers.
You will be a key driver in managing the team of PT's to excel and grow their client base to achieve the budgeted revenue targets.
This will also include the implementation and management of national fitness projects within your club, financial administration tasks and working collaboratively with the club leadership team.
Key responsibilities: Recruitment of trainers who have an appropriate fit for your existing teamDevelopment of your team members in their practical skill sets and knowledgeHelping educate your team on relevant business management practices for personal trainersImplementation and management of Goodlife's national fitness projects within your clubManaging budgeted targets and financial administration tasksCollaborative management of your club within your surrounding management teamTo be successful in this role you will need: Qualification Certificate IV in Fitness or aboveFitness Australia registrationCurrent First Aid and CPRExperience & attributes Minimum 3 years of industry related experience &/or managing a personal training businessAccomplished personal trainer with a successful track record and client baseThe ability to lead, inspire and motivate a team with the use of excellent communicationConfidence to proactively engage with Goodlife members and work autonomouslyAn enthusiasm for health & fitness, and helping others.What we can offer you: A career in the fitness industry is a career like no other.
