Experience is not essential, but it may fast-track your onboarding. We provide extensive ongoing mentoring and training to help you succeed in your role.
As a Trainer with Vision St Ives, duties include: One-on-One Personal Training and Group Training Sessions Developing your coaching and sales skills Goal Setting and Nutrition Sessions Presenting Seminars and Shopping Tours Delivering Group Training Sessions You'll need to have or be in the process of obtaining: Certificate III & IV in Personal Training (or equivalent) Current Senior First Aid certificate and CPR certification A valid Employee Working with Children Check (WWC) Level 1 Trainer Boxing Certificate Registration with a Fitness Registration Body In addition, we'll look for evidence of: Willingness to learn, grow, and develop within our business and you are career-focused. Ability to work as part of a team. Strong goals to achieve in both their life and career. A strong customer-centric focus. Being a positive, healthy role model with a passion for health, nutrition, and exercise.
