About the Role : Make a difference to the lives of older people through your ability to identify and develop meaningful and engaging personal training activities, which have a strong focus on reducing the incidence and impact of chronic disease. You will work with customers and residents to support them to achieve health and wellness through personal training and gym activities that increase social interaction, function and overall quality of life.
As an experienced Personal Trainer, you will provide personal training on a casual basis across our health studios and residential care homes in all regions of Adelaide.
What you'll do: Work collaboratively to support customers and residents to reach their fitness and health goals and plan appropriate activitiesDevelop strategies, activities and programs which engage and empower older peopleFacilitate individual and group exercise activities as outlined by the PhysiotherapistWork as part of a multidisciplinary teamLiaise with internal and external stakeholders including Allied Health professionals, customer and resident family members or carersContribute and support ACH Group and the wider health team as a leader and promoter of Healthy and Active AgeingAbout You! You are a talented and passionate Personal Trainer.
