We're seeking a coach to join our team at our brand new, purpose-built private personal training gym located in Prestons NSW.As a member of our team, you'll have the chance to be mentored by and work alongside our knowledgeable Personal Trainers and Exercise Physiologists whilst you develop your skills on the job and build your brand in the fitness industry.
This position will start with 8-10 hours with the potential to build up to +20 hours per week and opportunities to progress into a full-time role, this is the perfect opportunity for a trainer who is ready to take their career to the next level.What You'll OwnConducting Initial Assessments and Quarterly Goal AssessmentsLeading Semi-Private and Personal Training SessionsProgramming and modifying workoutsGuiding the Client JourneyWhat You've Got to HaveQualifications – must have a minimum Certificate 4 in Fitness and First Aid/CPR qualification.Work Experience – 1-2 years of industry experience is preferred but not required.
You just need to bring passion and enthusiasm to helping clients become their best selves.
You must also be open-minded and willing to learn how to be a great coach as our coaches lead by example and must be able to communicate exercise knowledge clearly while demonstrating exceptional movement quality and motor control.Schedule Flexibility – onboarding for this position will require several hours of shadowing staff on different days and times throughout the week.
Once officially hired, a more consistent class schedule will be enforced, but all team members must remain flexible in their ability to attend meetings, pick up training sessions, and cover shifts if required.Transportation – must be able to travel to Prestons NSW 2170 and be on time.Communication – possess empathetic and relatable qualities that allow you to build rapport with our community of clients, and have a track record of working hard.Additional Requirements: Permission to work in Australia, Own Insurance, Driver's License, Own Vehicle.#J-18808-Ljbffr
