We are dedicated to offering an inclusive and vibrant environment where both members and personal trainers can thrive.Your Gig:You'll be offered paid gym floor hours to welcome, connect with, and guide members while you build your personal training community.You'll receive PT leads to help you grow your personal training client base.You'll deliver exceptional personal training sessions, helping clients achieve their fitness goals.You'll ensure PT sessions are safe by considering equipment, technique, and pre-existing injuries.You'll be empowered to build a true community, leveraging your personality to help members experience physical and mental breakthroughs.You'll contribute to a fun and supportive team culture, attending paid team meetings when required.You'll help maintain the gym's world-class standards through planned preventative maintenance.All About You:You have your Cert IV in Fitness, a current first aid and CPR certificate, and flexibility to work a non-traditional schedule (minimum 20 hours per week).You are people-focused and authentic, skilled at delivering meaningful PT sessions that help clients reach their "I did it!"
