Personal Lines Team Leader, Insurance - Jersey

Our client is a small but very successful insurance company operating both in and outside Jersey.
They are looking for an energetic manager who can strengthen their personal lines operations in Jersey.
Responsibilities:Manage a team of brokers who sell and promote insurance products and services to existing and prospective clients.Maintain close relationships with clients.Qualifications:Personal insurances managerial experience or at least several years of team leadership experience in personal lines.Fully familiar with the Jersey insurance market.Ideally hold a Certificate in Insurance (Cert CII) or Diploma in Insurance (Dip CII) qualification.We can only accept applicants who hold a local residential qualification or have lived in Jersey continuously for at least the last five years.
