As a key valued lawyer reporting to an outstanding Accredited Specialist Special Counsel/Team Leader in their winning common law team, you will relish the challenge and satisfaction of obtaining justice for your clients, primarily in respect of their motor vehicle accident (approx 70-80%) and some public liability & work injury damages claims (approx 20-30%).
You will have full-spectrum carriage of your own files: obtaining client instructions, reviewing medical evidence, conducting legal research, providing technical legal advice, liaising with third parties, briefing counsel, and attending court/settlement conferences.

We are interested in hearing from you if you:
