As a Personal Injuries Paralegal, you will run WorkCover, PIPA and CTP files from start to finish. Duties will include speaking with clients, drafting and amending legal documents, preparing briefs, organising medico-legals, liaising with third parties, Government agencies, Barristers, and medical experts, preparing for mediation, etc.
Your Experience
To be successful in this role, you will have prior experience running a personal injury file from start to finish. Senior legal assistants with strong personal injuries experience will also be considered.
