About the role We currently have positions available for qualified, reliable, and passionate Personal Care Workers to join our team in Portland. It is preferred, however not essential, that you have experience in the Aged Care sector. You will need to be friendly, positive, and demonstrate client-focused behaviour, showing empathy and treating others with dignity and respect. You will also need to have a natural ability to build relationships that make a difference, be honest, helpful, and dependable, making you a great asset to our team.
