Personal Care Worker- Specialist DementiaAbout the PositionLocated at our Abri Residential Service based in Southport on the Gold Coast, we are launching our "Specialist Dementia Care Program".
The SDCP unit provides a person centred, multidisciplinary approach to caring for people with very severe Behavioural and Psychological Symptoms of Dementia (BPSD) that are overwhelmed in mainstream aged care services.
Residents are provided with intensive support with a focus on stabilising and reducing the person's symptoms over time with the aim of enabling transition to a mainstream aged care service.We are looking for Personal Care Workers with a passion for providing care and support to those living with Dementia.
