We are working with 2 facilities across 2 key clients in a close region.
Both homes are slightly over 100 beds, running over 90% capacity year-round, have both passed their last accreditation with the highest grade for 3-year clearance.
We have some nurses that have been working there over a year and still loving it.

THE ROLE:
As a Personal Care Worker (PCW/AIN), we are searching for someone passionate about aged care who is open to learning each day.
We see this as a crucial part of the team and want to ensure this staff member is well looked after.
Your daily responsibilities will include:
Assisting with Daily ActivitiesSupporting with hygiene, grooming, cleaning, feeding, and general careRegularly speaking with AIN team and updating the RN if there are any concernsTaking time to build a relationship with residentsParticipating in the development of a supportive environment with the teamMUST HAVE: At least 12 months experience as a Personal Care Worker (PCW/AIN) within Aged Care in AustraliaAvailability to work a rotating rosterUp to date compliance in accordance with the Aged Care standardsValid working rights in AustraliaYour own car or ability to get to and from work without public transportAPPLY
