Personal Care Worker -Northern Suburbs

Right At Home Melbourne North (South Morang) is looking for a Personal Care Worker (PCW) for immediate start.
In this role, you will provide essential support and care to clients, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life.
Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting clients with mobility and transferringAssisting with meal preparation and feedingProviding companionship and emotional supportPrompting and assisting with medication remindersAccompanying clients to appointments and social activitiesMonitoring and reporting any changes in clients' health or wellbeingAssisting with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toiletingMinimum requirements:
Minimum 1 year Community nursing experienceCurrent First Aid and CPR certificationCert III in Aged CarePolice CheckCurrent Driver's LicenceWorking with Children CheckNDIS Screening Check (preferred)Our mission is to improve the quality of life for those we serve.
