About Macquarie View Aged Care Surrounded by stunning views of Lake Macquarie and set in a tranquil lakeside parkland, Bolton Clarke Macquarie View at Bolton Point is located on a peninsula jutting into Australia's largest coastal saltwater lagoon, Lake Macquarie, near Newcastle in NSW.
Your duties will include, but are not limited to: Responsible for providing care provision in accordance with residents' individualised assessed care needs.Ensure resident care is within accordance to resident individualised care plan or as directed by RN and/or Care Manager.Report all incidents in a timely manner to Registered Nurse or Care Manager.Complete all activities relating to Residents Care documentation Plans.Timely notification of changes in resident care to RN in charge and/or Care Manager.Ensure resident care is within the AIN scope of practice and as per Bolton Clarke Quality Management Committee.The successful candidate must demonstrate the following: Certificate III or Certificate IV in Aged Care.Minimum of 12 months experience as an AIN within residential aged care desirable.Flexibility and reliability with a strong commitment to work.Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families and all levels of staff.Strong passion for working with the elderly.Please Note: Successful applicants must complete a National Police Check and/or NDIS Worker Check.
