Responsibilities may include: Assessing and monitoring patient healthCollaborating with a multidisciplinary health teamMaintaining accurate patient recordsProviding patient and family educationResponding effectively in emergenciesHelping with medicationSkills & Requirements: Must have Certificate IV / MED COMP Certificate (For PCW)APHRA Registration (For Enrolled Nurse)NDIS Clearance (or willing to get one)2024 Influenza VaccineMinimum 6 months of Aged Care experienceFull working rights in AustraliaWhat is in it for you?
