The RoleWe are looking for Personal Carers who are passionate about a person-centered approach to care, to join our facility in Harden. You must be dedicated to working within the applicable quality standards, including the Aged Care Quality Standards and NDIS Practice Standards. We can offer flexible hours and working arrangements for the right candidate and culture that places residents first. We are offering permanent and casual positions to suit your needs and lifestyle.
What you will doAs a Personal Carer, you are responsible for ensuring:
Positive resident experience through resident-first approachPersonal care is provided in accordance with each resident's needs and preferences.Completing care documentation, including progress notes and daily chartsA collaborative, team approachManual handling of residents is undertaken safely and correctlyFeedback and incidents are reportedSafe, high-quality care is provided in accordance with the Aged Care Quality StandardsWho are you and what will you bring?Minimum Enrolled in or Completion of Cert III in Aged CareExperience in providing daily care and activities to clientsCurrently, hold and maintain an NDIS Worker Clearance (or willing to obtain one)Be passionate about delivering a person-centered approach to careDemonstrate strong verbal and written communication skillsInterested?We would love to hear from you!
