Responsibilities may include: Assessing and monitoring patient healthCollaborating with a multidisciplinary health teamMaintaining accurate patient recordsProviding patient and family educationResponding effectively in emergenciesHelping with medicationSKILLS & REQUIREMENTS Must have Certificate IV / Certificate IIINDIS Clearance (or willing to get one)2024 Influenza VaccineMinimum 6 months of Aged Care experienceFull working rights in AustraliaWhat is in it for you?
