? Opportunity We are currently looking for motivated and passionate Personal Care Workers to join our direct care team in the Bendigo area.
This is a community-based position and services will be completed in our customers homes.
As a Personal Care Worker, you will provide care that enhances our customers wellbeing and deliver high quality support, maintaining an optimal level of dignity, respect, comfort, and quality of life.
About You: Minimum of Certificate 3 in Aged Care/Individual Support or Home and Community Care or Cert IV Disability, Bach/Dip of Nursing or completed first-year study towards it.
Current minimum Level 2 First Aid Certificate Own roadworthy vehicle and valid Australian Drivers Licence (please note, International Drivers Licence is not accepted for this role) Your own smartphone (either Android or Apple) Good verbal and written communication and basic computer skills required At least two doses of the COVID-19 Vaccinations Medication training will be highly regarded (HLTHPS006/CHCCS305C) For you: Work closely with our Delivery Support Leads – their role is to support, coach and mentor our Care Workers to ensure success.
