Aged & Disability Support (Community Services & Development) Salary: $31.74p/h to $32.56p/h + Super + km allowance

Deliver in-home support services to our aged care customers (65 years old +) to help them live independently & remain within their own homes.
Service areas: Albury, Wodonga, Thurgoona, Lavington, and surrounding areas
Job Type: Permanent Part-Time contracts available offering on average 20-40 hours per fortnight + Flex Up shifts
Key Requirements: 12 months+ experience and/or completed a Cert III in Individual Support / Disability / completed 1st year of a Nursing degreeFlexibility to work Monday to Friday within the hours of 7 am - 6 pmCurrent Australian Driver's Licence and ownership of a reliable comprehensive insured vehicleFully vaccinated (2) for Covid-19Ability to commit to our PAID 2 week Brilliant@Basics training and induction program when you first commenceYour key duties as an Experienced Carer: Personal Care: assist customers with activities of daily living tasks such as showering, dressing, medication management, assisting with mobility and therapy goalsDomestic assistance: light cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and general chores around the houseSocial support: transportation to appointments & social outings, shopping, and providing emotional support and companionshipAdministration: reporting and progress notesWe welcome applicants that have experience and/or qualification as a: Disability support workerCommunity Services care workerAssistant in Nursing (AIN) / Personal Care Assistant (PCA)NurseEmployee Benefits: Fully supported and paid induction programAdditional leave days and leave optionsDiscount to Australian Unity products & Services + Fitness Passport14 weeks paid parental leaveContinuous Learning & Development, career opportunities, and Employee recognition programsTraineeship program with all fees paid for eligible employees to upskill and obtain a formal qualificationChoose a career that is rewarding, in demand, and where you can make a genuine difference in people's lives.
