About this opportunity:Support and empower our growing client base and join our community nursing team to provide care to improve health outcomes for our Veteran (DVA) community living at home throughout Perth's Sth Eastern subusrbs. This is a great way to experience work-life balance in a friendly, supportive and progressive team environment.Shifts commence at 8.00am Monday to Friday with the occassional weekend shared amongst the team. You will be required to assist clients with personal care, light domestic assistance, and shopping.you will be required to visit multiple clients in different locations throughout your shift. As such it is essential you have your own vehicle.This is a casual position with the ability to build upon your roster. You will be paid for the entirety of the shift with a 99c per km allowance also included for travel between clients.Reporting to the Clinical Manager, and with the guidance of Registered Nurses, you will receive support during your work across the community care sector.What we require:
minimum 6 months experience in a comparable role
Cert III Aged, Disability or Community Care
Your own fully insured, reliable vehicle
Current Drivers Licence
Covid Vaccinations plus booster (essential for work in Aged Care sector)
National Police Check (within the last 12 months)
Current Working with children check
Current First Aid/CPR
Manual Handling
Passport/Birth Certificate (proof of working rights)
